By creating an account or using WP Engine Tracker, you acknowledge and accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any provision, please discontinue use of our services.
You must be at least 16 years of age to register. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
All software, designs, and content within the WP Engine Tracker platform are the exclusive property of Velocity Sport Labs and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Velocity Sport Labs shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of WP Engine Tracker. Fitness data provided is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
